Personal Biography:
Dr. Stanley has performed orthopedic surgeries at Samaritan Albany General Hospital since 1978. Some of his specialties include fracture care, endoscopic carpal tunnel surgery, injections and arthroscopic surgery.
As a result of Dr. Stanley's dedication to patient rehabilitation, he helped establish Rebound Physical Therapy in 1989. Dr. Stanley has served in a variety of leadership roles at the hospital including Chief of Staff, Department of Surgery Chairperson, Credentials Committee Chairperson, a Medical Executive Committee member and as a Trauma Committee member. Dr. Stanley also served on the hospital's Board of Directors for many years, most recently in 2007.
In his free time, he enjoys golfing, snow skiing and spending time with his grandchildren.
