Personal Biography:

Dr. Noel was born in Madrid, Spain and attended University of California at Santa Cruz where she received an undergraduate degree in molecular, cellular and developmental biology before going on to Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific.


Dr. Noel’s hobbies include cooking, baking, sewing, photography, gardening, skiing, kayaking and ceramics. Her many interests include traveling, art, culture and psychology.
