Personal Biography:
Dr. Newman has practiced in Albany since 1999. He specializes in joint replacement, revisions of joint replacements and rotator cuff repairs.
At Samaritan Albany General Hospital, he has served as the Department of Surgery Chairperson, a Medical Executive Committee member, and is currently a member of the hospital Board of Directors.
