Personal Biography:
Dr. Nelson was born in Texas and raised in Salem, Ore. He enjoys hiking, biking, ocean fishing and ornamental gardening with his wife, Joanne. He supports his community by volunteering at the East Linn Community Clinic, Build Lebanon Trails (BLT), and financially supporting the Boys & Girls Club, the Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital Foundation and BLT.
Dr. Nelson hopes to make his patients aware of preventative care and how lifestyle decisions like diet and exercise contribute to the overall physical and mental health.
“I believe patients gain a significant advantage when all members of a family see the same physician. My priority is working in partnership with my patients to improve their health."
