Personal Biography:

Dr. Foster earned a master’s degree from Oregon State University and a medical degree from Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine. 

His interests include photography, golf, Oregon State University athletics and Red Sox baseball.

Dr. Foster is a cardiology fellow with Samaritan Heart & Vascular Institute.

The three-year Cardiology Fellowship Program strives to build competency in the field through self-study, didactic instruction and supervised exposure to cardiac pathology. The program is approved by the American Osteopathic Association and is structured to ensure that fellows acquire the consulting expertise and the technical skills required of a cardiologist.
