Independent homes offered to persons age 62 and over are an integral part of Wiley Creek Community. These units feature one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes nestled between whispering woods and quiet meadows.

Standard Features:

    • Full kitchen: range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave
    • Skylight in kitchen
    • Vaulted ceiling in living room
    • Wall-to-wall carpeting and custom blinds
    • Washer/dryer hook-ups
    • Individual patio
    • Garage with automatic door opener
    • Personal emergency response system when recommended by your doctor
    • Large windows
    • Individually controlled heating and air-conditioning
    • Local transportation for shopping and other activities
    • Participation in planned activities—education, recreation, entertainment and wellness

Other Services Available for a Small Fee:

    • Meals are available in Wiley Creek Lodge

Independent Living Rental and Service Fees

    • Entrance fee (non-refundable): $500
    • Pet fee (optional, non-refundable): $500  

Month to Month Cottage Rental Fees

Location: Mountain Fir Street

    • Two-bedroom: $1,461

Location: Mountain Fir Court

    • One-bedroom with mountain view: $1,320
    • Two-bedroom with mountain view, center: $1,540
    • Two-bedroom with mountain view, end: $1,608
    • Three-bedroom with mountain view: $1,811

PLEASE NOTE: Financial aid programs through SHS Patient Financial Services do not apply toward rental or move-in fees at Wiley Creek Community.
