Access to Care
We believe a fundamental element of providing quality health care is access. Serving Linn, Benton, and Lincoln counties, we are committed to providing care to all members of our communities. We are not-for-profit hospitals and clinics and we offer the same level of care to all people regardless of ability to pay.
SHS includes more than 30 physician clinics offering primary care and specialty services in many rural communities.
Physician Referral Network:
The Physician Referral Network (PRN) service was established to provide one-on-one assistance to those who are new to the area or are having trouble accessing the health care system.
The PRNLine is designed to:
- Help choose a primary care physician for those who don’t have one, or would like to change physicians
- Provide information about specialists in the area
- Offer information about specialty nurses, pharmacies, rehabilitation, and other services available from Samaritan Health Services
- Answer questions about health insurance plans
