Heartspring Wellness Center offers an ongoing, constantly changing portfolio of classes and transformational workshops, which vary in length from single half-day sessions on a Saturday to eight weekly evening sessions. All classes are designed to complement your overall wellness plan, integrating your mind, body and spirit.
