Video Categories

A selection of video tapes on a variety of health topics is available free of charge, just by completing and returning the attached Video Request Form to the hospital.

The videos, many of which are national award winners, feature well-known health experts such as pediatrician T. Berry Brazelton and heart specialist Michael DeBakey. Some are narrated by media or sports personalities such as Bette White or Mickey Mantle.

The information presented is easy to understand and provides practical tips that you can incorporate into your daily life.

How the Program Works

  1. Using the descriptions included in this website, select a video tape you wish to see. (Videos are available in VHS format only.)
  2. Indicate your selection using the online order form and send it to Good Samaritan Hospital.
  3. You should receive your video in the mail within one week after submitting your request. If the video is not immediately available, you will receive a written response telling you when to expect the tape.
  4. You may keep the tape for up to one week. At that time, please return is in the envelope provided.
  5. This program is available to any individual over 18 years of age. College students will be asked to provide their local and permanent address and phone number.
