Living With Heart Failure: A Home Video Guide To Self Care

This video gives patients the self-management tools they need in a single reference to use at home. Real people with heart failure share their experiences and offer hope to fellow patients that they can successfully manage their condition. This video reviews heart failure medications, how to restrict sodium in the diet, how to manage fluid intake, tips on reading food labels and dining out, the importance of developing a safe exercise program, working with the healthcare team, and coping with lifestyle changes and emotions.
