Individual sessions

Mind-body sessions are available in which individuals are supported in discovering paths toward wholeness, allowing patients to focus on individual growth work in a safe and relaxing setting. The techniques we use are myriad — and range from intensive psychosocial and behavioral counseling through a variety of energy-medicine modalities. These techniques are designed to relieve tension and stress in the mind and body, thereby allowing self understanding into the habits, thoughts or behaviors that originally caused the discomfort.

  • integrative medicine consultations
  • naturopathic medicine – uses nature-based remedies and treatments including…
    • general family health care
    • herbal medicine
    • homeopathy
    • nutrition
    • hydrotherapy
    • physical medicine
    • manipulation
    • sports medicine
    • exercise therapeutics
  • acupuncture – stimulates the nervous system to release chemicals in the muscles, brain and nervous system, which in turn influences the body’s own regulating and healing system.
  • stress and symptom reduction techniques
  • guided and interactive imagery
  • acupressure
  • training in meditation
  • imagery for pain reduction and better living
  • health coaching
  • herbal counseling
  • Reiki
  • breath work
  • therapeutic touch
  • massage

All of our practitioners have special knowledge, training and experience in the area of mind-body medicine. Please see the therapist’s biographies to learn more about what specialties each offers as you select who you want to work with to achieve your goals.
