Nutrition/Weight Loss Services

Whether you're trying to reduce the salt or fat in your diet, manage diabetes or safely lose the weight you gained during pregnancy, the registered dietitians at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center can help. Working in personalized sessions, our dietitians can design a plan to work for you.

The title "registered dietitian" refers to professionals who earn a bachelor's degree in foods, nutrition or a related science, and who has successfully completed a dietetic internship in an accredited hospital. Registered dietitians have also passed a national registration examination, and they regularly meet mandatory requirements for continuing education.

In addition to individualized sessions, our dietitians periodically offer group classes which meet weekly for eight to 12 weeks. To check for upcoming classes, visit the Health Information and Classes section of this website.
