Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital has been a part of the fabric of this community, serving the citizens in Lincoln County, since 1967. Two hundred eighty-two specialists trained in their particular field are employed at the hospital, including radiology technicians, physical therapists, nutrition consultants and other health care professionals. More than 23 physicians have privileges. Our small community can be pleased with the high caliber of medical staff as shown by the statistic that 22 physicians (96%) are board certified. Thirty-four consulting physician specialists from Portland and Corvallis hold clinics at Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital on a regular basis.
Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital is located on a beautiful campus of 24 acres on Devil’s Lake. Four medical clinics and a retirement and assisted living facility share this property with the hospital. Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital is a non-profit rural health district facility and is fully accredited by the Joint Commission of Accreditation of Hospitals.
The mission of the North Lincoln Health District is to deliver high quality health care services to the residents and visitors of the District and its surrounding communities. A wide range of health care services comprises the Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital organization, which delivers continuous service to this diverse and geographically diffuse population. In addition to exceptional medical care these services include laser treatments, MRIs, CT Scans, laparoscopy procedures, a new Family Birthing Center and Dialysis Unit. A variety of programs are also offered to the community through ongoing health and wellness education programs, home health services, and Lifeline.
