You can call upon Samaritan Home Health Services when you need special assistance with your health care, even though you may not need the 24-hour-a-day care available in a hospital. If you think you can benefit from home health, talk to your doctor about ordering the service for you.

Appointments
Your nurse or therapist will schedule your appointments individually. Every effort will be made to be punctual. However, if delays or cancellations should occur, our office will contact you as soon as possible.
Billing
The care provided by Samaritan Home Health Services is covered in full by Medicare and Medicaid. Other types of medical insurance may provide partial coverage, or require co-payments or prior authorization. Our office will obtain any necessary prior authorization and inform you of any payments for which you are responsible. Please notify our office of any changes in your insurance coverage. If you need help with your bill, contact the Patient Accounts Department at 541-768-5040.
Office hours
Our services are available Monday through Friday during normal business hours. After hours, a registered nurse is available at all times for assistance.
