Assisted Living Apartments

Wiley Creek Lodge offers 44 assisted living apartments located just minutes from downtown Sweet Home. Housing and personal care services are provided for persons age 55 and over. The selection of apartments ranges from studio to two-bedroom, each with a “front porch” facing a spacious atrium filled with natural light. Each apartment has a private bathroom, a kitchenette, an emergency call system, and other appropriate amenities.

Services Provided:

Assisted living is designed to enhance the privacy, independence, dignity and decision-making ability of each resident. Five levels of care are identified according to the medical, functional and psychosocial status of the resident.

The following services are included in the monthly fee:

  • Three delicious meals a day, with consideration for certain special diet needs. Snacks are available. A private family dining room may be reserved for special occasions.
  • An activity director plans personal and group activities, as well as educational, entertainment and wellness programs.
  • Weekly housekeeping and laundry services for bed and bath linens.
  • Personal care assistance as needed with the activities of daily living, such as bathing, personal grooming, eating, medication management and walking.
  • Trained professionals are available 24 hours a day to assist residents under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.
  • Local transportation for shopping, recreational events and community activities.
  • Utilities, such as heat, air-conditioning, electricity and cable television.
