Who Is Eligible for the COVID-19 Vaccine?
All Oregonians age 6 months and older are eligible for COVID-19 vaccination.
Patients under 15 who are not accompanied by a parent or guardian, must bring a signed consent form with them when getting vaccinated at a Samaritan facility.
