Albany InReach Services is a volunteer-based team committed to providing free medical care to low-income adults with no insurance.

Our services include: 

  • Medical
  • Mental health
  • Dental

Appointments are required, to allow us to prepare for each patient. While our services are free, we do ask for a $10 donation at each clinic visit.

If you don’t have a reliable phone, please let us know when you call, and we can make other arrangements.

Do I Qualify for Services at InReach?

Our services are limited, so we must reserve them for patients who meet the following criteria:

  • You must live in the Albany, Millersburg or Tangent areas.
  • You don’t have health or dental insurance.
  • You have limited income (200 percent of the federal poverty level)
    Family of 1: Less than $1,945 per month Family of 2: Less than $2,622 Family of 3: Less than $3,298 Family of 4: Less than $3,975

Our Medical Services

If you have an emergency, please call 911. If your need is urgent, please visit an urgent care clinic near you.

Please call us for an appointment with any of the following concerns:

  • Asthma, bronchitis, COPD
  • Cough, red eyes, sinus infection, discomfort in your ear
  • Diabetes
  • High blood pressure
  • Non-work related injuries
  • Nosebleed or other non-urgent bleeding
  • Strains and sprains
  • Non-psychotic mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression and non-psychosis bipolar disorder

We cannot prescribe any pain medication, narcotics or other controlled substances.

What Services Does Linn County Public Health Provide?

Please call Linn County Public Health at 541-967-3888 for any of the following health concerns:

  • Birth control and female examinations
  • Sexually transmitted diseases
  • Pregnancy testing
  • Breast and cervical screenings
  • HIV testing and counseling
  • Immunizations

Mental Health Services

Our staff can treat the following conditions:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Non-psychosis bipolar disorder

We offer the following dental services:

  • Tooth removals
  • Basic dental fillings
  • Dental cleanings

Support InReach!

The Albany General Hospital Foundation raises and allocates funds to InReach annually for services and equipment. In 2015, the foundation raised nearly $52,000 at its annual Winter Gala to support InReach, and it allocated $145,000 for services in 2015.
