Healthy Minds, Healthy Bodies in Albany: Be prepared by learning CPR

Anyone who has thought about learning CPR can learn more at the next free Healthy Minds, Healthy Bodies seminar at Samaritan Albany General Hospital on Wednesday, March 19 from 6 to 7:30 p.m.

Samaritan Health Services instructors will train participants in basic adult CPR and what to do if someone is choking. CPR training helps you to be prepared for a wide range of emergencies, providing you with the needed confidence, skills and experience in case of an emergency.  The class is designed for individuals who want to learn CPR but do not need a course completion card.

The seminar will be held in the hospital’s third floor conference rooms A and B. Healthy snacks will be provided. Pre-registration is required as space is limited.
