Hospital cafeteria to receive upgrades, remodeling

This spring, thanks to Sodexo, the Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center cafeteria will receive a remodel and upgrade to better suit the dietary needs of staff, patients and visitors. Scheduled from March 21 through early May, the cafeteria will undergo four phases of construction to create a warm, inviting café that offers exciting new features like:

• Wider variety of healthy food options
• Decreased wait times
• Improved atmosphere
• Increased seating
• Easy-to-use health tracking technology

During kitchen construction, staff and visitors are invited to join the Sodexo team in conference rooms A and B for full-service meals, grab and go options and regularly scheduled Western barbecues.

Throughout the project, limited seating will be available in the cafeteria, and covered seating will be offered on all patios. Staff is encouraged to be mindful of visitors and, when necessary, use private department break rooms for break and lunch times.
