On Wednesday, April 16, lead polysomnographer Nicholas Gaffney CSE, RSPGT, RST, of the Samaritan Sleep Center in Albany, will explain how a “CPAP Nap” might be helpful. Gaffney will talk about how a scheduled afternoon nap at the Sleep Center allows the sleep medicine team to adjust a patient’s CPAP equipment, making it more comfortable and effective.
