Take care of your voice - learn more at Lebanon hospital seminar

Your voice is an important part of who you are, but several outside forces can affect it, from seasonal allergies to underlying health conditions. Left unaddressed, this can cause problems as you communicate with friends and family, and you risk damage to your voice.

Join speech pathologist John Tracy, PhD, at Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital for a free seminar to learn more about what affects your voice, and how to take care of your vocal chords. Tracy will discuss common voice problems, as well as breathing and speaking techniques to keep your voice strong.

This seminar will be Tuesday, June 17, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in conference rooms B and C at the hospital. Healthy snacks and beverages will be provided.

Pre-registration is required as space is limited. To register, call toll free 1-855-873-0647 or visit
