Frank enjoys interacting with patients and positively affecting their lives, especially young people, athletes and people needing joint replacement surgery. He enjoys being part of a community and getting to know people.
Frank earned a bachelor’s degree from the United States Air Force Academy and a medical degree from Ohio State College of Medicine. He completed an internship at Keesler Air Force Base Medical Center, and residency training at Ohio State University Hospitals. He has worked in the orthopedics field since 1982, most recently at Washakie Orthopedic Clinic in Worland, Wyoming.
In his free time, Frank enjoys instructing and lecturing on flight safety and flying twin-engine airplanes. Frank will be working in the same office as his wife, Family Nurse Practitioner Debra Frank. He is excited to make Lincoln City his home and to be scuba diving and surfing again.
