Samaritan Family Medicine – Geary Street welcomes new provider

Physician Assistant Rachael Mayfield has joined Samaritan Family Medicine – Geary Street.

She earned a bachelor’s degree at Tarleton State University and a master’s degree in physician assistant studies at the University of North Texas Health Science Center. Rachael will serve patients of the clinic alongside physicians Brent Godek , MD; John Ward , MD; Laura Ouellette, MD; Michael L. Potter, MD; Priscilla Latta , MD; and Scott Schindell, MD; as well as Physician Assistant  JoDee Rundall and Behavior Health Specialist Christopher Smith, PhD.

“We are thrilled to welcome Rachael to the team,” said Laurie Simpson, clinic manager. “She will help us increase access to clinic visits for our patients, and demand in the community is very high.”

In her free time, Rachael enjoys hiking, biking, playing disc golf and playing piano.
