New Provider Joins Samaritan Family Medicine Resident Clinic

Samaritan Family Medicine Resident Clinic in Corvallis welcomes Physician Assistant Donna Strigle.

Strigle earned a certificate in physician assistant studies at University of Washington, MEDEX Northwest. She also served in the United States Air Force.

Strigle is adept at performing minor, in-clinic surgical procedures, suture lacerations and other clinical procedures, as well as treating chronic and acute gastrointestinal issues.

“I enjoy preventive care, with a focus on empowering patients to participate in their own health care,” she said. “I like to help patients feel they have been heard.”

Strigle says she was inspired to become a health care provider to improve access to care, foster health in small communities and address underserved populations.

In her free time, Strigle enjoys spending time with her partner and their two dogs, and with her two adult sons when she can. She is admittedly hoping for grandchildren. She also enjoys golf, travel, water sports, downhill skiing and camping.

Strigle will assist providers of Samaritan Family Medicine Resident Clinic. For more information call 541-768-5142.
