Find out more at our next free Healthy Minds, Healthy Bodies seminar. Athena Nofziger, a dietitian at Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital, will explain what it means to follow a gluten-free diet, why it’s medically necessary for some people and whether it can benefit you as well.

The seminar will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 21, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in conference rooms B and C at the hospital.
