Find out more at our next free Healthy Minds, Healthy Bodies seminar. Barbara George and Jeana Van Dyke, dietitians at Samaritan Albany General Hospital, will explain what it means to follow a gluten-free diet, why it’s medically necessary for some people and whether it can benefit you as well.

The seminar will take place on Wednesday, Nov. 19, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in the hospital’s third-floor conference rooms A and B.
