Be prepared. Learn CPR at free seminar at Albany hospital

CPR training will help you be prepared for a wide range of emergencies, providing you with the needed confidence, skills and experience in case of an emergency.

Samaritan Health Services will host a free community CPR trainings at Samaritan Albany General Hospital on Wednesday, Jan. 21 as part of its Healthy Minds, Healthy Bodies seminar series.

The seminar will take place from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in the hospital’s third-floor conference rooms A and B. Samaritan Professional Development instructors will teach basic adult CPR and choking at the seminar, which is designed for individuals who want to learn CPR but do not need a course completion card.

Healthy snacks and beverages will be provided. Pre-registration is required as space is limited.
