SHARE
Pharmacist Ryan Petersen, PharmD, of Samaritan Health Services, will discuss how sleep medications for insomnia affect people with sleep disorders.

Using over-the-counter or prescription medications for insomnia can help many, but should be taken with caution. For those who suffer from a sleep disorder such as sleep apnea, the risks are even more complicated.

The seminar takes place Tuesday, Feb. 10, 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center, HP Conference Room, in Corvallis. Call 541-768-5260 for more information.

This event is part of the Dream On support group which holds regular meetings throughout the year. It is sponsored by the Samaritan Sleep Disorders Center, and is open to anyone with sleep apnea and other sleep disorders, as well as their family and friends. New attendees are always welcome to join.
