Preston earned a bachelor’s degree at the University of Wyoming and a medical degree at the University of Utah School of Medicine. He completed an internship at Spectrum Health in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and residency training in the University of Wyoming Family Practice Residency Program. He has provided emergency and urgent care for more than 15 years, most recently in Kennewick, Washington.
