Samaritan Health Services will move several of its Lebanon-based clinics and outpatient services into a new facility on the Samaritan Health Sciences Campus in September.
The Samaritan Lebanon Health Center is located at 675 N Fifth Street, at the corner of Fifth Street and Reeves Parkway across from the Edward C. Allworth Veterans’ Homes.
The center will be comprised of clinical practices formerly operated as separate clinics in leased space throughout Lebanon. The affected clinics are Mid-Valley Pediatrics, Mid-Valley OB/GYN, Samaritan Lebanon Surgical Associates and Samaritan Orthopedics, all of which will now operate under the name Samaritan Lebanon Health Center. The center will also host weekly visits from Samaritan traveling physicians for specialties such as infectious disease, nephrology and urology.
Samaritan’s retail pharmacy, currently located next to SamFit on the health sciences campus, and Samaritan Medical Supplies, currently located on the hospital campus off of Industrial Way, will also move into the new building.
It is important to note that while the clinics are combining under one name, existing patients can us the existing clinic phone numbers. The move schedule is as follows:
- Monday, Sept. 21: Pediatrics and OB/GYN
- Wednesday, Sept. 23: General surgery and orthopedics
- Monday, Sept. 28:Medical supplies
- Thursday, Oct. 1: Infectious disease, nephrology and urology
- Monday, Oct. 5: Pharmacy
