SHARE
A life-altering experience such as cancer can create emotional, physical and mental struggles. Equine therapy involves working on the ground with horses for emotional growth and learning.

Samaritan Cancer Program’s therapeutic equine retreat is open to those impacted by cancer. It is co-facilitated by equine specialist Scott De Paulo and Adrienne Tauses, LCSW.

The next workshop is Saturday, Nov. 21, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Butte Creek Ranch in Scotts Mills, Oregon. A child age 10 or older may accompany their parent for a unique sharing experience in a safe and fun environment.

A $30 registration deposit is required and will be refunded upon arrival. Breakfast and lunch are provided.

Registration is required; call the Samaritan Cancer Resource Center at 541-812-5888 or jayneg@samhealth.org.
