Maximilian Kaiser, DO, has joined Samaritan Family Medicine—Southwest.
Kaiser earned his medical degree from Michigan State University and completed his residency in family practice at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center. His approach to family medicine is to focus on evidence-based treatments, avoiding unnecessary tests, medications, supplements and procedures which cost time and money.
Kaiser’s interest in family medicine stemmed from his curiosity of science and medicine, and grew based on the shortage of primary care physicians, the ability to foster long-standing relationships with his patients, and the ability to give back to his community through health care.
“I have been a resident at Good Samaritan for three years and value the focus on health care for everyone,” said Kaiser. “Samaritan allows me to collaborate with dedicated colleagues to support our patients in ways I couldn’t manage alone.”
Kaiser is a Pacific Northwest native who was born and raised in Bellingham, Washington. He looks forward to becoming a long-term resident of Corvallis with his wife and newborn son. In his free time, Kaiser enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer and video games, listening and playing music and traveling.
