Nurse Practitioner Joins Samaritan in Lebanon

Samaritan Lebanon Health Center-Family Medicine is pleased to welcome Shauna O’Neal, a family nurse practitioner and nurse midwife.

O’Neal earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a nursing practitioner and nurse midwife degrees from Emory University.

Although she began her career with an interest in increasing health care access to women, she developed a strong passion for family medicine, Her goals are to help increase health care access for communities and promote healthy lifestyles that prevent the start or advance of chronic disease in her patients.

“I chose Samaritan because I believe in our system-wide focus on community health, and I’m excited for the learning opportunities that Samaritan provides,” O’Neal said.

In her free time, O’Neal enjoys running, cycling, cooking and shopping at local farmers markets.
