Acupressure is rooted in ancient Chinese healing traditions and can be helpful for restoring sleep by applying pressure to specific points on the body. This technique can be relaxing and soothing. Come ready to learn and try out self-acupressure techniques wearing comfortable clothing. 

Healthy refreshments will be provided. Pre-registration is required as space is limited.
