Ingredients:
12 oz. cranberries, fresh
2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
1/3 cup sugar or other sweetener like honey
1 cup water
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan and stir to combine.
- Heat on high until the water comes to a boil, then reduce to medium-low.
- Cook for about 20 to 30 minutes, until berries can be easily mashed.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Makes 9 servings.
