Samaritan Family Medicine Resident Clinic-Lebanon has expanded to include the health care providers and patients of the Mid-Valley Medical Plaza.
Both clinics previously operated out of the same building at 425 N Santiam Hwy. on the Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital campus.
The providers associated with the Plaza - Rick Hindmarsh MD; MaryLou Belozer MD and Heidi Grimes, FNP - are now aligned with the resident clinic. The Mid-Valley Medical Plaza name and telephone numbers have been discontinued, but patient care will not be affected in any way. All current patients will continue to see their providers in the same facility, under the resident clinic name.
