Imagine how it would feel to be courageous and uninhibited by limiting beliefs and negative self-talk.
A free seminar on Wednesday, March 14, 5:30 to 7 p.m., at the Center for Health Education, will help you release your fears and gain tools to increase your confidence and personal power.
Author of the book, Suffering is Optional: Step Out of Darkness into the Light, and seminar facilitator, Michelle Nagel, has been working for 15 years to empower people through seminars and training. As a survivor of childhood abuse, Nagel understands the lasting impact trauma can have on one’s life. Through years of study, she developed a process to help her clients overcome the negative patterns that keep them from living a fulfilling life.
Registration is not required for this class.
This seminar is part of the Center for Health Education’s Wellness Series, a year-long series of free seminars to help participants learn ways to improve their overall health and well-being. To learn about upcoming classes, go to samhealth.org/GetHealthy.
