If you live, work, go to school or spend time in Benton, Lincoln or Linn counties, Samaritan Health Services invites you to share your thoughts and suggestions at an upcoming public listening session about health issues in our local communities. Your input will help us prioritize needs to build healthier communities together with you.
Plan to Attend
Wednesday, June 26 from 5:30 to 7 p.m.
Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital
(Conference rooms A-C)
Feedback collected from this session will be compiled with results from Samaritan’s recent public survey on community health needs in the communities of Benton, Lincoln and Linn counties.
All information will be used to create the community health needs assessment and the community benefit implementation strategy for each of the five Samaritan-affiliated hospitals, which will help improve the health of our communities based on the communities’ feedback and input.
Snacks will be provided. It is free to attend, with registration encouraged at rhazelton@samhealth.org or 541-768-5256 by Friday, June 21.
