Samaritan Offers HPV Vaccines in Corvallis

Get your child vaccinated against the human papillomavirus (HPV), a cancer-causing infection, during the Take the Shot campaign Monday, March 2, from 3 to 7 p.m., and Monday, March 9, from 3 to 7 p.m., at Samaritan Pediatrics – Circle Blvd., located at the Boys & Girls Club of Corvallis Johnson Teen Center, 1112 NW Circle Blvd. HPV vaccines will be offered to children and teens ages 9 and older.

The event is a collaboration between the Boys & Girls Club of Corvallis and Samaritan Pediatrics – Circle Blvd. It is recommended that parents be present for appointments, but consent forms are available for clubhouse members to receive the vaccine while at the club. Call today to schedule an appointment at 541-768-1220. Walk-ins will also be welcome. Appointments run approximately 15 minutes each. If you have an insurance card, please bring it with you. Health navigators will be available at the clinics to assist families with signing up for the Oregon Health Plan.
