Got more questions? The answer might be below:

I can’t afford a computer and/or internet access, so how can I use MyChart?

If you have a smartphone, MyChart has a free app you can download from our mobile device app center. Clinic staff can get you signed up, then you can download the app and start managing your health from your device, either using your data or a location near you with free wireless access.

I’m not technically savvy, and I’m cautious about my personal information online, so why should I sign up?

MyChart is simple to use and navigate. Patient privacy is one of our top priorities, so you can rest assured that your information in MyChart is secure.

I don’t understand all the jargon within my account. Can someone help me with that?

Send your provider a message through MyChart or call the clinic. With MyChart, you can look at your test results right when you’re talking to your provider, to make sure you get all your questions answered.

I’m basically healthy, so why would I need a patient portal?

It’s still a good idea to check in with your primary care provider every so often to make sure everything is fine as well as schedule any annual wellness visits, even if you’re healthy. An E-visit through MyChart offers convenience at your fingertips and depending on your situation, it may be all you need unless you have an urgent issue to discuss.
