Enjoy this guacamole as a topping, spread or a dip. So simple to make, you can mix up a batch almost anytime. Guacamole tastes great with tacos and complements many dishes. Try it on omelets, a rice bowl or a black bean burger.

Ingredients

Use a dull silverware knife to cut and prepare an avocado. Background image: Use a dull silverware knife to cut and prepare an avocado.

Directions

  1. Cut each avocado in half and remove the seed.

  2. Use a dull table knife to cut the flesh into small squares while still in the skin.

  3. Scoop the flesh out into a bowl by sliding the spoon between the skin and the flesh and moving it side to side.

  4. Add salsa, lemon juice and salt. Mix together until smooth but still chunky.
