Enjoy this guacamole as a topping, spread or a dip. So simple to make, you can mix up a batch almost anytime. Guacamole tastes great with tacos and complements many dishes. Try it on omelets, a rice bowl or a black bean burger.
Cut each avocado in half and remove the seed.
Use a dull table knife to cut the flesh into small squares while still in the skin.
Scoop the flesh out into a bowl by sliding the spoon between the skin and the flesh and moving it side to side.
Add salsa, lemon juice and salt. Mix together until smooth but still chunky.
