Good sleep is the key to improved energy, health, weight, mood, focus and more. If you’ve been told you snore and you are tired during the day, you might have obstructive sleep apnea.

Learn more about sleep apnea at a free seminar with Nicholas Gaffney, respiratory therapist and manager of the Samaritan Sleep Center. He will explain the signs and symptoms of sleep apnea, as well as the treatment options available close to home.
