Creating Quality Physicians & Lifelong Learners
Nestled in the heart of Oregon’s Willamette Valley, Samaritan Health Services is a not-for-profit network of hospitals, physicians clinics and health services.
Our Graduate Medical Education programs aim to create community-based physicians capable of thriving in a team-based environment and who are dedicated to the well-being of the patient, clinician and communities we serve.
About Us
Samaritan Health Services is a not-for-profit network of hospitals, physicians, insurance plans and fitness facilities. As one of our five affiliated hospitals, Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis offers more than 22 medical specialties including a full-service heart and vascular institute, comprehensive cancer care, neurosurgery, mental health and other regional services. Located in a diverse and thriving college town, Good Samaritan is licensed to operate 188 beds and is one of only four level II trauma centers in the state.
Samaritan’s Graduate Medical Education programs encompass the entire health care spectrum. Residents have the advantage of learning in a vibrant academic setting within this large health care delivery system.
Our programs don’t just round out your medical training, they give you the opportunity to discover who you are outside of medicine, in one of the most idyllic settings in the U.S.
