Training the Next Generation of Health Care Providers

Samaritan is pleased to be a clinical training site for third and fourth year medical students. We provide medical students with extensive clinical rotation experiences, including unencumbered access to attending physicians, a diverse didactic curriculum and exposure to simulation training.

Rotations at Samaritan Health Services are available in a wide variety of primary care and specialty areas and is proud to be involved with medical student training, offering:
•A core clinical site for third- and fourth-year osteopathic medical students from Western University, College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific
•A training site for allopathic medical students from Oregon Health & Science University to complete rural health rotations
•Audition rotation experiences for students interested in our residency training programs
•Elective rotation opportunities for fourth-year osteopathic medical students
