Pharmacy Residency Programs

The Pharmacy Residencies are conducted at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center (GSRMC), which is the largest hospital in our system, and is the flagship of the organization.

Located in Corvallis, Oregon, GSRMC is licensed to operate 188 beds and is a Level II Trauma Center. With more than 22 medical specialties located on one campus, GSRMC offers patients a comprehensive level of care.

One required rotation for the PGY 1 residency is conducted at Lebanon Community Hospital (LCH) which is a 25-bed critical access hospital in Lebanon, located 17 miles from Corvallis. Pharmacy services at Samaritan include five inpatient pharmacies, seven retail pharmacies, a specialty pharmacy and a home infusion pharmacy.

Ambulatory care services include various collaborative practice-based disease state management services conducted by pharmacists in the clinics, including anticoagulation, diabetes, anemia and hypertension. Pharmacy also works closely with the research department to expand access to clinical trials across our system.
