Education is a top priority at Samaritan. We offer internships, training programs and other learning opportunities to help you take the next step in your health care education. From high school students to advanced practice students, there are opportunities for everyone. In addition to our residency, nurse assistant and nurse training programs, we also offer the following collaborative training programs at our facilities.

Nursing Education Programs

Samaritan offers nursing education opportunities for nursing assistants, undergraduate students and recent nursing graduates.

Opportunities for Students

Whether you’re in high school, college, medical school or enrolled in advanced practice programs, Samaritan can help you gain insight and instruction in your health care fields of interest. Each year, we engage more than 1,000 students in various health-related programs throughout the communities we serve.

Pharmacy Program

Samaritan’s pharmacy program offers students the opportunity to learn comprehensive patient care in a variety of health care settings.

Administrative Fellowship Program

Samaritan offers an Administrative Resident and Intern program for students interested in health care administration. This program gives students an opportunity to learn about a variety of administrative topics in a health care setting, including human resources, finance, information technology, hospital operations, clinic operations, health plan operations, quality and compliance, research and education, and revenue cycle.
