Please fill out the Cohort Request form. Once you have submitted your request, Samaritan Student Services will reach out to unit managers regarding availability for the requested schedule, number of students and total hours.
Every attempt will be made to accommodate your cohort request. Placement cannot be guaranteed.
If you have program changes impacting the size of your shadowing cohort, please contact Student Services prior to submission. Please email Student Services if you have questions regarding a cohort shadowing request.
