Pass Drug Screen to Be Eligible for Student Experience
To be eligible for a rotation experience you must pass a 10-panel urinary drug screen. Please refer to the Drug Testing Protocol & Procedure for instructions. Please call a Samaritan Occupational Medicine clinic or facility of your choice in advance to learn if you need to schedule an appointment. Please be prepared with an ID and payment method.
General Information
- A negative drug test must be completed prior to receiving clearance for a Student Experience at Samaritan Health Services.
- The cost of the test is the responsibility of the student and additional charges will apply if the test is not negative.
Instructions
- Do not drink more than 16 ounces of liquid, 4 hours prior to your test.
- Be prepared to produce a urine sample when you arrive at Samaritan Occupational Medicine or a provider of your choice.
- Bring a picture ID (driver’s license) with you.
- Be prepared with a payment method to cover the cost of the test.
Attach and email the drug screen results to Samaritan Health Services Student Services.
