Advocating for Access

Join us in increasing access and availability to quality, local health care in Sweet Home by participating in our building a healthier Sweet Home together campaign.

Our goal is to raise $1,000,000 to support the construction of a brand-new 15,000 square foot state-of-the-art medical clinic and urgent care conveniently located on the Wiley Creek Community campus, and to remodel the existing family medicine clinic on Main Street for physical rehabilitation services.

We are proud to collaborate with the City of Sweet Home to offer these health care enhancements which were identified by citizens as priorities for a vibrant future.

We anticipate breaking ground on the new medical clinic in summer 2022.

For more information, contact Brandy O’Bannon at 541-451-7063.
