Samaritan’s Medical Clinic - Sweet Home is an outpatient clinic licensed under Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital. We are required by the federal government to include references to both entities in the name.
We’re a full-service clinic offering a full range of primary care, including chronic disease management, pediatric care, including childhood immunizations and obstetrical care.
Our doctors are trained in a variety of medical specialties, so we’re able — and happy — to care for you and your family through all stages of life — from childhood through your senior years.
In addition to scheduled appointments, we have a separate clinic for walk-in patients Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. for urgent care needs.
Our clinic also offers medication management services and behavioral health consultants, who can partner with you and your health care team to help you reach your health goals.
